The black elastic waitband measures 4cm. Below measurements are 1/2 waist measurements taken while pants are laying flat.
*Lay a pair of underwear flat on any surface and measure the width of the elastic waistband from one side across to the other. These are the measurements in cm.
Small - 32cm waist
Medium - 34cm waist
Large - 36cm waist
XL - 38cm waist
2XL - 40cm waist
Press at 200C for 45 seconds with medium pressure.
